Please have your address and valid debit or credit card details to book your collection.

If you are registered for an assisted collection service, please contact Veolia on 0203 5676955.

Please have your items ready for collection by 7am at the front boundary of your property clearly visible from the kerbside. Collections can take place up to 5pm Monday to Friday. We regret we are unable to enter the property.

We will collect from flats provided the items are presented in the bin store before 7am on the day of collection and the paid for collection items clearly labelled.

Please note that bulky items booked for collection should not be left either touching or resting against third party property as this may affect our ability to collect and remove the item(s)
